		<description>Hi Dough, thanks for the comment. Value is the key point. In my experience value is something the client must assess. How important is the issue? How urgent is the issue? What is the value we have created by the end of the assignment? What are the risks associated with the assignment? As a consultant we should assist the client assessing these questions before engaging. However, it is the client&#039;s perception of the value/risk equation, which will determine if he see us as the solution and thus is prepared to pay our fees.</description>
